We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Recruitment Assistant to join our HR team in Bahrain. This role involves supporting the complete recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruitment or HR coordination, excellent communication skills, and be ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the HR department to manage all recruitment-related activities. Your duties will include posting job openings on various platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes to identify the best matches for roles, and coordinating candidate interviews. You will also maintain recruitment records and candidate databases, prepare reports, and assist with onboarding documentation to guarantee a smooth hiring process.

  • Support the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings and candidate sourcing.
  • Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on job criteria.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Keep recruitment trackers and candidate records up to date.
  • Manage communications with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and onboarding materials.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field. You should bring 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR, with familiarity using popular job portals like Indeed and LinkedIn. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and strong interpersonal communication are essential. Being locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining will be considered an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination preferred.
  • Proficiency with job portals such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
