Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Junior HR Executive to assist with daily human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on HR experience and a solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, ready to contribute to our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting various HR tasks, including recruitment support through candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding assistance. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR files is a key part of the role, ensuring compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies. Coordination with government bodies such as LMRA, SIO, and MOL will also be required. Additionally, the role includes handling leave and attendance tracking, generating HR reports, addressing employee relations queries, and aiding payroll preparation by providing accurate HR data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience within Bahrain, with knowledge of local labour regulations
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work independently
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills to support effective communication and employee relations
