Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Generalist to oversee daily human resources operations and contribute to achieving the company’s strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law, proven practical HR experience, and strong communication skills. Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves managing full-cycle HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding employees. You will ensure adherence to Bahrain’s labour regulations and company policies while maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. The position requires handling employee relations matters, resolving grievances, and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.

Coordination with government entities such as LMRA, SIO, and MOL is essential to maintain compliance and smooth operations. Supporting payroll entries, managing leave requests, and monitoring attendance also fall within your responsibilities. Contributing to performance evaluations, employee engagement programs, and preparing HR reports for audits will help promote a productive work environment. Additionally, you will serve as a key contact for HR-related employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience as an HR Generalist, preferably with exposure to the Bahrain market
• Strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law and government compliance procedures
• Experience liaising with government portals and handling statutory requirements
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Available for immediate start or with a short notice period
