We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Human Resources Executive based in Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates familiar with Bahrain labor laws and HR practices who can contribute effectively to HR and administrative functions. Immediate availability is preferred to support our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Junior HR Executive, you will assist in various HR operations including handling employee documentation, maintaining records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. You will manage attendance and leave records as well as coordinate employee files. The role also involves liaising with government bodies for procedures related to LMRA, GOSI, and visa documentation while ensuring adherence to Bahrain labor laws and internal policies. Additionally, you will prepare HR reports and help cultivate positive employee relations within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Locally available in Bahrain with the ability to start immediately
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of Bahrain labor law and government HR procedures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Previous experience in an HR role is advantageous but not mandatory
