Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Junior HR Executive to join our team immediately or within a short notice period. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Bahrain government HR procedures and possess strong communication skills to effectively support daily HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for supporting various HR processes, including managing LMRA, CPR, visa applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations. Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and files is essential. The role also involves overseeing attendance and leave management, assisting in employee joining and exit formalities, and handling final documentation and handovers. Additionally, the candidate will support employee relations by addressing routine HR queries, prepare HR reports, update databases, and ensure compliance with company policies as well as Bahrain Labor Law. Other HR and administrative duties may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should have between one to three years of HR experience, preferably within Bahrain. Familiarity with LMRA, CPR, Ministry of Labor (MOL), and Social Insurance Organization/GOSI processes is important. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required while Arabic language skills are considered an advantage. Candidates must be adept at using MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, and Email. The ability to manage confidential information responsibly and stay organized is vital for success in this role.
