Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior HR Executive based in Bahrain, ready to start immediately. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to develop their HR career by gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The role involves assisting with various HR operations while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and other governmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a supportive role in the HR department, including:
- Assisting in recruitment activities such as job advertising, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and other HR documentation in accordance with Bahrain Labour Law requirements.
- Supporting payroll processing and managing employee benefits administration.
- Handling work permits, visa applications, and documentation related to GOSI/Labour Office under supervision.
- Addressing employee relations matters, grievances, and contributing to HR reporting.
- Assisting in organizing training sessions, performance reviews, and various HR initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations from LMRA, MOL, and other relevant local authorities.
- Preparing HR reports and aiding senior HR staff during audits and internal inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of practical HR experience, preferably within the Bahrain market.
- Strong understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, as well as LMRA, MOL, and other compliance requirements.
- Immediate availability and residency within Bahrain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented approach with a proactive mindset and discretion handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HR software systems is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple HR functions is favored.
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently under direction.
- Arabic language proficiency will be considered a strong plus.
