Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive currently based in Bahrain, ready to join immediately. The successful candidate will assist in a variety of HR functions while ensuring adherence to Bahrain Labour Law and relevant government regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR activities. Key duties include assisting with recruitment efforts through job posting, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling employee onboarding processes. Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documents in compliance with local labor laws is essential. The role also involves supporting payroll and benefits administration, managing work permits, visas, and labor office documentation under supervision.

Additional responsibilities involve addressing employee relations and grievances, supporting training programs and performance appraisal processes, and ensuring compliance with authorities such as the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) and Ministry of Labour (MOL). The candidate will also assist in preparing HR reports and contribute to audits and inspections along with senior HR staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have between one to three years of experience in HR, preferably within Bahrain. A solid understanding of Bahrain Labour Law, LMRA, MOL, and associated compliance procedures is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities paired with attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential information are necessary attributes. Proficiency in MS Office is expected, and experience using HR information systems is advantageous.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with multiple facets of HR functions will be an asset. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively under guidance and demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly. Fluency in Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
