Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior HR Executive to join our team immediately in Bahrain. The successful candidate will provide essential support in HR operations, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. A good understanding of Bahrain’s labor laws and experience with expatriate employee procedures is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior HR Executive will play an active role in various HR functions, including:

• Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process for both local and foreign candidates
• Publishing job vacancies across multiple platforms such as job portals and social media
• Screening resumes, arranging interviews, and liaising effectively with hiring managers
• Managing expatriate hiring workflows, including visa applications, renewals, and documentation compliance
• Ensuring HR practices comply with Bahrain labor law and internal policies
• Maintaining accurate employee records, contracts, and HR files
• Supporting onboarding activities and new hire induction programs
• Handling day-to-day HR administration such as attendance monitoring, leave management, and addressing employee inquiries
• Contributing to performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience, ideally within Bahrain or the broader GCC region
• Working knowledge of Bahrain labor law is essential
• Familiarity with expatriate recruitment and visa procedures
• Availability to join immediately and must currently reside in Bahrain
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using HR management software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments
• High attention to detail combined with a strong sense of confidentiality
