Job Overview

We are seeking a committed HR Specialist based in Bahrain who can start immediately. This role involves supporting essential human resources functions with a strong focus on compliance with Bahrain Labor Law and local HR regulations.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily HR operations and supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle. Your duties will include overseeing employee documentation such as contracts and renewals, ensuring all records are maintained accurately, and coordinating with relevant government authorities like LMRA, SIO, and MOL. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, payroll inputs, leave management, and employee benefits administration. Addressing employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures will also be part of your role, along with maintaining up-to-date HR databases and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role within Bahrain. A thorough understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and practical experience handling LMRA, SIO, and MOL processes is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication abilities are required. This role demands someone who can work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred, along with any HR certifications. Experience working across multiple industries or in a corporate environment will be considered an advantage.
