A prominent company in Bahrain is looking to hire an HR Recruitment Specialist to strengthen their Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle to attract and onboard top talent efficiently. This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in sourcing and securing qualified candidates. Key duties include partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and creating targeted recruitment plans. The specialist will conduct extensive candidate searches through job boards, online platforms, and professional networks.
Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit will be essential. The recruiter will also arrange and lead in-person interviews, oversee scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams, and provide insightful feedback from interviews.
Additional responsibilities include extending job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates, managing the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires, and maintaining a talent pipeline by fostering relationships with potential candidates.
Tracking recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire is required to improve hiring efficiency. The position may also involve representing the company at career fairs and other recruitment events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, although relevant experience can be equally valuable. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar role is preferred.
Successful applicants will demonstrate a clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build collaborative relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems will be necessary to handle recruitment documentation and reporting. The candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced work environment.
