Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for our organization in Bahrain. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs. The ideal candidate will effectively coordinate recruitment activities while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes creating and posting job advertisements on a variety of recruitment platforms and building a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. You will conduct initial candidate interviews and coordinate further discussions with hiring managers. Additional tasks include performing reference checks, employment verifications, and facilitating the offer and onboarding processes. Maintaining recruitment records and tracking metrics for reporting purposes will also be part of your duties. Developing relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks to support hiring efforts is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have between two to five years of recruitment experience, preferably within Bahrain or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. Fresh graduates with relevant skills are also encouraged to apply. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are critical to succeed in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various recruitment platforms are necessary. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are also important. Applicants should currently reside in Bahrain and be available to start immediately.
