A prominent Real Estate Developer and Construction Company in Bahrain is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join their team. This role is pivotal in attracting and hiring top talent to support various departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies. You will conduct comprehensive candidate searches using professional networks, online platforms, and industry job boards to find suitable applicants. Screening resumes and cover letters to match job specifications will be part of your daily tasks, followed by pre-screening candidates via phone interviews to evaluate fit with the team and company culture.

The role also includes organizing and conducting in-person interviews, managing the related scheduling and communications between candidates and hiring managers. You will assess interview outcomes to provide constructive feedback and extend job offers, overseeing negotiations to secure the best talent. Once candidates are hired, you’ll assist with onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the company.

Staying informed about recruitment trends and best practices is essential. Maintaining relationships with potential candidates to build a talent pipeline will also be a key focus. Additionally, you will track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and may represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in HR recruiting or talent acquisition with a strong record of successfully filling diverse roles.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in using online recruitment tools, social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and applicant tracking systems.
• Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a fast-paced team environment.
