Job Title: HR & Government Relations Officer**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HR & Government Relations Officer with strong expertise in Bahrain labor law and government portals. The role focuses on handling all official transactions with NPRA, LMRA, MOL, SIO, and Sijilat, ensuring full compliance and smooth processing of employee-related services.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage all transactions on **LMRA, NPRA, MOL, SIO, and Sijilat portals**
* Process **work permits, visas, renewals, transfers, and cancellations**
* Handle **CPR updates, residency permits, and immigration procedures (NPRA)**
* Manage **SIO registrations, contributions, employee updates, and de-registrations**
* Ensure compliance with **Bahrain Labor Law** and government regulations
* Handle company records and updates in **Sijilat (CR updates, activities, renewals)**
* Coordinate with government authorities for approvals and inspections
* Maintain accurate employee legal and government documentation
* Prepare official letters, submissions, and government forms
* Monitor deadlines (visa expiry, CR renewal, SIO payments, etc.)
* Resolve issues related to government systems and employee status

### **Requirements:**
* Proven experience in **HR operations / Government Relations in Bahrain**
* Strong hands-on experience with:
* **LMRA system**
* **NPRA (Immigration)**
* **MOL (Ministry of Labour)**
* **SIO (Social Insurance Organization)**
* **Sijilat (CR system)**
* Solid knowledge of **Bahrain Labor Law and regulations**
* Ability to handle government portals independently
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication skills (Arabic & English preferred)
