Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves managing a variety of human resources functions including onboarding, employee records maintenance, visa processing, and payroll support. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will oversee and coordinate all aspects of new employee onboarding, ensuring all paperwork is completed and orientation sessions are scheduled smoothly. Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal details and performance evaluations, is essential. The role also includes managing HR databases with a strong focus on data accuracy and confidentiality.

Additionally, the executive will process employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations. Managing all visa applications and related fees is a critical part of this job, including coordinating with the Labor Market Authority (LMRA) for expatriate work permits and renewals.

The candidate will also handle Social Insurance Organization (SIO) registrations and terminations, prepare documentation for visa acquisition, residence permits, and CPR ID cards, and liaise with the Ministry of Labour for correspondence and compliance. Other duties involve payroll processing, including collecting and submitting timesheets, managing employee benefits like health insurance and leave tracking, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

The HR Executive will support employee relations by assisting in resolving issues and escalating concerns to the HR Manager when needed. This role also includes providing general administrative support to the HR department such as scheduling meetings and managing HR supplies.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Bahrain, requiring close collaboration with the HR team and other departments to ensure compliance and smooth HR operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a dynamic office environment with a variety of administrative and regulatory tasks.
