Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for a female professional with experience in managing HR administrative tasks, visa processing, payroll, and employee relations. The position involves close coordination with both the internal team and external authorities to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will coordinate onboarding for new employees, ensuring all documentation and orientation activities are handled efficiently. This role includes updating and maintaining job descriptions while accurately managing employee records, including performance evaluations and employment histories.
The successful candidate will oversee HR databases with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality. Processing employee status changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations is an important part of the job.
Handling visa applications and related payments is a critical component of this position. Responsibilities include managing new work permits, renewals, updates, and cancellations through the Labor Market Authority (LMRA), as well as managing registrations with the Social Insurance Organization (SIO). The HR Executive will also liaise with the Ministry of Labour and prepare the necessary correspondences.
Additional duties encompass processing documents for visas, residence permits, and CPR ID cards promptly. The candidate will also assist with payroll processing, manage employee benefits such as health insurance, and oversee leave management.
Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and assisting in resolving employee relations issues will be key, escalating more complex concerns to the HR Manager when necessary. Providing administrative support to the HR department by scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining supplies is also part of the role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in HR administration, preferably in Bahrain.
- Strong knowledge of visa processing, labor laws, and employment regulations.
- Proficiency with HR databases and payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with employees and external agencies.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Work Environment
