Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized HR Administrator based in Bahrain to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily human resources operations while ensuring full compliance with Bahrain labor laws. Experience with expatriate employee processes and general HR administration is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases. This role involves preparing employment contracts and HR documents, handling onboarding and offboarding procedures, and coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings and scheduling interviews. Additionally, the candidate will process employee requests related to leave, attendance, and benefits, assist in payroll preparation by maintaining correct data, and oversee visa processing and renewals for expatriate staff. Maintaining confidentiality and liaising with government authorities and relevant portals will also be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in a similar HR administration role. Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR best practices is necessary, particularly in managing expatriate procedures, including visa and LMRA documentation. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is expected. Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills are important to thrive in this role.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must currently reside in Bahrain and be available for immediate employment. A valid work visa or transferable visa within Bahrain is mandatory. Previous experience working within the GCC region and familiarity with local HR compliance and documentation will be advantageous. The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using government portals like LMRA and GOSI, as well as knowledge of HR software or ERP systems, will be considered a plus.
