Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our team immediately. This role requires a solid background in HR administration along with a strong understanding of Bahrain’s Government Labor Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Administrator will manage daily administrative HR tasks, including updating employee records and maintaining HR databases. They will ensure all HR policies and procedures adhere to Bahrain Labor Law. Supporting recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and induction processes will also be essential. Additional duties include preparing official HR documentation such as contracts, memos, and letters, as well as coordinating with government bodies like LMRA, GOSI, and MOL. The role requires managing leave and attendance records, assisting with payroll processes, and professionally addressing employee inquiries with confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of proven experience in HR administration within Bahrain. A thorough knowledge of Bahrain Government HR and Labor Laws is crucial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required alongside proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. The candidate must be well-organized, attentive to detail, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
