Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Administrator to join our team and support daily human resources operations. The successful candidate will be based in Bahrain, with a firm understanding of Bahrain Labor Law and experience managing HR processes, compliance, and documentation. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth HR administration and providing essential support to employees.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and HR information systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and Bahrain Labor Law requirements. Duties include assisting with work permits, visas, and coordinating with government authorities such as LMRA to uphold compliance. You will also prepare various HR reports, track attendance and leave records, and provide support through recruitment and onboarding activities.
On the recruitment front, you will assist with posting vacancies on platforms like Indeed, shortlisting candidates, organizing interview schedules, and supporting onboarding procedures. Preparation of employment contracts, offer letters, and related documentation compliant with Bahraini regulations is essential.
Additionally, responding to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures is a crucial part of this position. Supporting the HR team in performance management, training initiatives, and boosting employee engagement while maintaining confidentiality of all HR documentation will also be expected.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in Bahrain
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain Labor Law and HR compliance matters
- Proficient in English communication; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Comfortable using MS Office applications to manage records and reports
