Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced male HR Assistant who is an Indian local candidate to join our team in Bahrain. This role offers vital support to the Human Resources department by managing employee records, recruitment processes, onboarding, and payroll assistance. The HR Assistant will act as a key contact point for employees, ensuring confidentiality while supporting HR operations and maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks including:
- Maintaining both physical and digital employee records using HRIS systems and ensuring accurate data management.
- Supporting recruitment activities by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinating onboarding sessions for new hires as well as managing offboarding procedures efficiently.
- Assisting the payroll team by entering payroll data, tracking employee attendance, and addressing benefit-related inquiries.
- Serving as a reliable point of contact for employees concerning company policies, procedures, and HR-related questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel, along with familiarity with HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, coupled with discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Basic knowledge of local labor laws and standard HR practices to ensure compliance and effective policy implementation.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from BHD 180 to BHD 200 per month. Additionally, the company provides visa sponsorship and accommodation as part of the employment package.
