Key Responsibilities
The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing employee relations, overseeing recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Bahrain labor regulations, and handling payroll activities efficiently. They will also support management and staff by delivering clear communication and fostering a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience within Bahrain.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
