A reputable company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join their Human Resources division. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans. Key duties include conducting candidate searches using multiple platforms, screening resumes, and managing initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.

Additionally, the recruiter will organize and conduct face-to-face interviews, manage all scheduling and communication throughout the hiring process, and deliver constructive feedback to hiring managers. This role also involves negotiating job offers and supporting new employees through their onboarding experience.

Keeping abreast of recruitment trends and maintaining a healthy talent pool are essential to staying competitive. The recruiter may also represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events to attract qualified candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role
• Proven success in recruiting diverse candidates across various job levels
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
