Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Female HR Executive to join a dynamic team in Bahrain. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee performance management and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR practices and leadership, contributing to the strategic growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing the full staffing lifecycle. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees while ensuring job descriptions remain accurate and legally compliant. The role also involves developing training programs and performance management systems to clearly define employee roles and expectations.

Additional duties include maintaining up-to-date compensation strategies based on market analysis, resolving employee relations issues, and enforcing consistent application of company HR policies. The executive will also manage organizational charts and employee directories, collaborate with management to align HR initiatives with business goals, conduct performance and salary reviews, and lead efforts to enhance employee retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4-5 years of practical HR experience, ideally including both generalist duties and recruitment responsibilities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and train team members.
• Professional HR certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools in HR processes is an added benefit.

Compensation

The salary package can go up to 600 BHD, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
