Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our team as an Office Assistant. The candidate will play a vital role in creating visual materials that enhance our clients’ branding and marketing efforts. Working closely with the Sales team and clients, you will help design and produce high-quality visual samples that reflect the project requirements and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily duties will include:

• Designing and editing visual samples using Adobe Photoshop to produce polished and compelling graphics.
• Creating layouts, mockups, and prototypes to support various projects.
• Collaborating effectively with team members and clients to fully understand project specifications.
• Ensuring all creative work aligns with brand standards and quality benchmarks.
• Managing multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong foundation in design principles, including color theory and composition techniques.
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently under time constraints.
• Good communication skills with openness to feedback and direction.
• Previous experience in creating visual samples or similar design roles is advantageous.

Preferred Knowledge

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator and InDesign.
