Key Responsibilities

As a Graphic Designer focused on staff uniforms, your primary duties will include:

• Designing uniform components such as shirts, trousers, jackets, and accessories tailored to client requirements.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to fully understand branding and functional needs.
• Producing detailed technical sketches and mood boards for approval and feedback.
• Developing visual branding elements including logo placement, embroidery designs, and coordinated color schemes.
• Ensuring designs are practical for manufacturing by considering fabrics, garment construction, and printing or embroidery technologies.
• Preparing comprehensive design files and specifications that support the production process.
• Creating mockups and prototypes to effectively present design concepts to clients.
• Maintaining consistent design quality while adhering to branding guidelines across multiple projects.
• Keeping up with trends in workwear and corporate uniform design to introduce fresh and relevant ideas.
• Managing various projects simultaneously and delivering them within set deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in clothing or uniform design, preferably with corporate clients.
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in clothing design, branding, and technical sketches.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
• Understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and embroidery or printing techniques.
• Creative mindset combined with great attention to detail and practical design application.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate client engagement and teamwork.
• Ability to effectively translate branding concepts into attractive, wearable uniform designs.
