Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Supervisor with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our team in Bahrain. This role requires expertise in managing multiple hotel sites and overseeing various departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing several hotel projects simultaneously, providing leadership and supervision to staff across departments such as Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Stewarding. Monitoring service standards and identifying areas for improvement will be vital. The ideal candidate will handle guest complaints effectively while maintaining high staff morale.

Additional duties include ensuring compliance with daily attendance, grooming standards, and organizing duty rosters for all sites. The supervisor will compile month-end attendance reports, facilitate timely recruitment by coordinating with HR, and generate manpower leads from potential new clients. Verifying daily attendance records and collaborating with the accounts team on invoicing will also be part of this role.

Moreover, the supervisor will work closely with hotel departments to provide skilled manpower such as cleaners, stewards, waiters, commis chefs, and helpers and ensure operational continuity through adequate staffing and relievers, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or sales within manpower contracting, preferably in the hotel industry
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent people management skills
  • A valid driving license is mandatory
