We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager who is a Bahraini national to lead daily operations and elevate efficiency and quality standards across all business segments.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of operations within our restaurants and central kitchen. This role demands close supervision to ensure processes are optimized and quality delivery is consistent throughout our services, including the meal subscription program.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must be a Bahraini national (this is a mandatory requirement).
• Proven track record as an Operations Manager within the restaurant, food and beverage, or central kitchen industries.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multi-unit operations effectively.
• Ability to identify process improvements and implement operational strategies.
