Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily front-office operations, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and medical staff. Main duties include:

• Managing patient registrations, handling appointment bookings, and responding promptly to patient inquiries.
• Processing billing and insurance documentation, including obtaining necessary approvals to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assisting in troubleshooting issues related to patient services and maintaining positive patient relationships.
• Coordinating doctor schedules and managing follow-up appointments to optimize workflow.
• Ensuring front office operates efficiently, upholding high standards of service quality and professionalism.
