A reputable steel fabrication company in Bahrain is seeking experienced workers, specifically Nigerian or Cameroonian nationals, to join their team. Candidates must already be based in Bahrain to be considered for these opportunities. Salaries will be discussed during the interview process.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The company has openings for Machine Operators, Welders, Fabricators, and Radiator Technicians. Each role requires specific experience and skill sets relevant to steel fabrication and machinery operation:

• Machine Operator: Requires at least 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery such as bending, rolling, CNC plasma cutting, lathe, press, milling, and iron-making equipment. Candidates should be trained in general and machine-specific safety and hold any necessary certifications or licenses for operating heavy machinery.
• Welder: Candidates must have 4 to 5 years of welding experience with valid certifications in 6G welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and hard-facing. Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, pipes, tubes, and plates is essential. Previous work within ALBA, BAPCO, or FOULATH is an advantage.
• Fabricator: Requires 4 to 5 years of experience interpreting technical drawings and fabricating metallic and non-metallic parts. Proficiency in operating various machinery including CNC lathe, CNC mill, press brake, plasma table, and manual machining tools is expected. Experience working at ALBA, BAPCO, or FOULATH will be highly regarded.
• Radiator Technician: Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of practical experience in cleaning, repairing, brazing, and soldering all types of radiators. Familiarity with disassembling and reassembling radiator tanks, as well as working on plastic and aluminum radiators is required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Applicable work experience as specified per role.
• Relevant certifications and training for machinery operation and welding.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with workplace regulations.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings (for fabricators).
• Hands-on knowledge of machinery and tool use suitable for the position.
• Fluency in English is preferred to communicate effectively on-site.
