Job Overview

We are seeking experienced construction workers from India to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves contributing to the building, maintenance, and repair of various structures including homes, roads, and commercial facilities. Candidates will be engaged in preparing work sites, operating machinery, handling construction materials, and following detailed blueprints and safety guidelines. Both skilled and unskilled laborers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Construction workers will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the construction site. These duties include site preparation such as clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding to maintain safety standards. Workers will also perform building activities like pouring concrete, laying bricks, erecting structural steel, and operating heavy equipment including cranes. Additional responsibilities involve technical tasks like reading blueprints accurately, measuring materials, and executing specialized work such as electrical, plumbing, or carpentry when required. Safe handling, loading, and transportation of materials across the site is also crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Stamina: The role demands the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Technical Competence: Familiarity with hand tools and machinery is necessary, with more specialized skills beneficial for certain tasks.
• Safety Awareness: Compliance with safety protocols is essential to ensure the well-being of the worker and team members.
• Education and Training: While formal education is not always required, vocational training or apprenticeship experience is preferred, especially for specialized construction roles.

Additional Information

The employer provides visa and accommodation for selected candidates. Work hours are 10 hours per day. The salary offered is BHD 100.000 plus overtime allowances. Please note that a service charge is applicable.
