Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backhoe Loader (JCB) Operator to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating backhoe loaders to perform excavation, trenching, breaking, backfilling, and material handling tasks. This role is essential for working on carriageways, footpaths, and areas near underground utilities, ensuring all duties are performed with strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe loaders efficiently for various civil construction and maintenance activities.
• Carry out excavation, trenching, backfilling, and material handling as required on site.
• Work safely around roadways, sidewalks, and underground utilities, complying with all safety regulations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections, identify mechanical issues early, and report any defects promptly.
• Adhere to site-specific instructions and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Possession of a valid Bahrain license for operating Backhoe Loaders or heavy equipment.
• At least three years of proven experience operating backhoe loaders in similar construction or maintenance projects.
• Strong understanding of safety practices related to operating heavy machinery, especially around utility lines and roadwork.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and coordinate with site teams effectively.
