Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Process Operators to join an ongoing project in Bahrain. This role is ideal for individuals with a technical background in chemistry or engineering who possess hands-on experience in wastewater treatment or related fields. The position offers a structured shift schedule, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Process Operators will be responsible for monitoring and controlling wastewater treatment processes to ensure optimal operation of the plant. This includes overseeing chemical, microbiological, environmental, or mechanical systems in the treatment facility. Operators will maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards while managing daily plant operations and troubleshooting process issues as they arise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A recognized diploma in chemistry, chemical engineering, microbiological engineering, environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent related specialty.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with wastewater treatment plants or similar operational environments.
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Competency in controlling wastewater treatment plant processes and understanding operational parameters.

Working Hours

This role operates on a shift basis covering an 8-hour workday, 6 days a week. Shifts rotate as follows: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, ensuring continuous coverage of the plant’s operations.
