Job Overview

A well-established oil and gas contracting company in Bahrain is urgently seeking skilled Industrial Electricians and Instrument Fitters to join their team for the BAPCO project. Key Responsibilities

Industrial Electricians:

• Perform electrical installations including cable laying, equipment wiring, and electrical system testing.
• Diagnose faults and maintain electrical apparatus across various voltage systems within hazardous industrial zones.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures during all electrical tasks.

Instrument Fitters:

• Install and assemble instrument panels, pipe flanges, brackets, and instrument stands.
• Fabricate and fit screwed pipework up to 3 inches and tubing between 1/8 inch and 1/2 inch.
• Work closely within refinery or petrochemical environments to ensure proper instrumentation installation and maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience

Industrial Electricians:

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience working in refinery or similar industrial electrical settings.
• Proficient in cable installation, fault diagnosis, and use of electrical test equipment.
• Capability to work safely with high voltage systems and in potentially hazardous environments.

Instrument Fitters:

• At least 5 years of experience in instrument fitting within refinery or petrochemical industries.
• Skilled in assembling and fitting pipes, tubes, and instrument mounting hardware.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation requirements and safety protocols.
