Job Overview

We are urgently looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer for a temporary role lasting 45 days. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering on-site technical assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of desktop systems, network components, and printing devices across multiple departments.

This position requires a proactive individual with their own car to conveniently travel to various branch locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day on-site support for desktop hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain and service printing equipment to prevent downtime.
• Visit different branches to offer timely technical assistance as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or similar technical support role.
• Must have a personal vehicle to travel to branch offices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, networks, and printers.
• Ability to work efficiently within a short-term contract.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of 300 BD.
