Job Overview

We are urgently seeking skilled professionals on a valid FLEXI VISA to join prestigious hotels and resorts in Bahrain. This recruitment drive includes various positions across Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Engineering, and Recreation departments. Ideal candidates should possess relevant experience in the hospitality industry and be ready to contribute to a high-standard service environment.

Open Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Food & Beverage Waiter and Waitress – Provide excellent customer service and efficiently manage dining areas in hotel and resort settings.
• Housekeeping Cleaners (Male and Female) – Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Female Room Attendant – Deliver attentive room service and ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
• Kitchen Commi 1 – Assist in food preparation, with a focus on pastry skills preferred.
• Kitchen Steward 1 – Support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness and assisting chefs with daily tasks.
• Engineering A/C Mechanic – Handle maintenance and repairs of split and window air conditioning units across all brands and models.
• Electrician – Conduct electrical system maintenance and repairs in hospitality environments.
• Plumber – Perform plumbing repairs and installations specialized for hotels and resorts.
• Engineering Helper – Support engineering team with general maintenance duties.
• Life Guard – Ensure the safety of guests at recreational swimming facilities; certification with Royal Life Saving Bahrain is mandatory.
• Beach Cleaner – Maintain cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of resort beach areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have proven experience in their respective roles within hotel and resort settings. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is essential, while knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. Preference will be given to candidates from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Bangladesh.
