We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with extensive experience in high-rise office and multi-apartment building projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating with project stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution on site. Key Responsibilities

The role involves active collaboration with managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to keep projects on track. The engineer will prepare detailed reports, perform risk assessments, and assist in drafting contracts. Providing expert advice on construction methods and recommending improvements for project efficiencies will be central to this position. Additionally, monitoring material usage on site and maintaining accurate documentation are essential duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of proven experience in civil engineering and site management
• Strong background in high-rise office towers and multi-residential building projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of building construction practices across MEP and civil domains
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction methodologies
• Possession of a CRPEP license is preferred
• Valid Bahrain driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
