We are currently seeking experienced Site Engineers for local hiring in Bahrain. This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects within a dynamic engineering environment. Candidates with practical site experience are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours and Schedule

The position requires an 8-hour workday with Fridays off, providing a balanced work-life schedule to ensure productivity and rest.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction activities on site to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers and other engineering teams to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitor progress and report on-site issues to ensure effective resolution
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while adhering to project specifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience working as a Site Engineer on construction or engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of site operations and engineering principles
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with a team
• Good communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
