Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer with expertise in steel fabrication to join our team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates with a mechanical engineering background and solid on-site experience managing steel fabrication projects. Immediate joining is required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Site Engineer, you will oversee and supervise steel fabrication activities on-site, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating with various teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of local experience in supervising steel fabrication sites.
• Valid Bahraini light vehicle driving license is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and site management.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and energetic approach.
• Familiarity with the local market and industry standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of BD 300. Additionally, you will receive either a vehicle allowance or a company car, along with sales commission based on company policy. This package provides a great opportunity for growth within the construction and fabrication sector.
