Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our Projects Department in Bahrain. This role focuses on driving sales across a broad range of electrical products including low voltage switchgear, busducts, earthing systems, lighting solutions, and wiring devices. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong sales skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet client project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and expand sales efforts for various electrical products within the projects sector.
• Analyze project requirements and create effective technical proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative product offerings and enhance market penetration.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier and partner relationships to support product development and business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in electrical projects, preferably within Kuwait.
• Strong understanding of project specifications and the ability to translate them into viable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
