A reputable contracting firm in the Kingdom of Bahrain is looking for a skilled Senior Female Civil Planning Engineer. This role involves overseeing and managing construction project schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning and a solid understanding of civil engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Civil Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, tracking progress, and addressing delays promptly. This role requires close coordination with project managers, consultants, and site teams to support effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the candidate will prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and regular progress reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project software.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring techniques.
• Ability to produce comprehensive progress and delay analysis reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Bahrain’s construction standards is a significant advantage.
