A respected and well-established fit-out and construction company in Bahrain is looking to expand its team by hiring several qualified professionals. This opportunity is ideal for experienced individuals who are capable of managing responsibilities independently and bringing valuable industry knowledge to support our growth.

Positions Available

We have openings for the following key roles:

Workshop Manager / Production Manager

Experience Required: 10 to 15 years in Joinery, Production, Metal, Steel, or Painting industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the workshop production to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Possess strong expertise in woodworking machinery, materials, and finishing processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and production planning software.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, design teams, and procurement for seamless workflow.
• Engage directly with suppliers regarding materials and finishes.
• Supervise factory employees, subcontractors, and site installation teams.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) related to wooden and interior fit-out work.
• Ensure familiarity with shop drawings, materials, and finishing methods.

Draftsman and Estimator

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in interior fit-out or joinery/wood-related projects.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating working drawings for fit-out projects and conceptual 3D views.
• Preparing detailed shop drawings and architectural or structural plans.
• Following project specifications and performing calculations to develop accurate technical drawings.
• Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a technical college in engineering.

Preferred Candidates
