We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Production Engineer to join our Aluminium and Glass Factory team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Engineer will be responsible for managing and supervising all fabrication and production activities within the factory. This includes coordinating closely with design, estimation, and installation teams to maintain seamless workflows. Monitoring machinery performance, maintaining production schedules, and guaranteeing product quality are essential aspects of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in reputable companies within the aluminium and glass sectors.
• Hands-on expertise in fabrication and production operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production machinery and its optimal usage.
• Strong ability to manually calculate glass dimensions and cutting requirements without dependence on software.
• Practical experience working with international aluminium systems such as Technal, Reynaers, or Schuco.

Work Environment
