Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance In-charge to join our team in the signage and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of plant machinery, including CNC machines, laser fiber equipment, digital printers, and vinyl machinery. This role demands expertise in mechanical, hydraulic, CNC, and PLC maintenance to support continuous production and minimize equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance In-charge will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and progress of our operations. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the routine and preventive maintenance of all equipment and machinery, ensuring timely communication with relevant departments.
• Responding promptly to breakdowns and maintenance emergencies to resolve issues effectively.
• Scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities to align with production priorities and minimize disruptions.
• Developing maintenance planning schedules in collaboration with production and other teams.
• Advising production staff on proper equipment usage to prevent damage and reduce maintenance needs.
• Collaborating closely with production and other departments to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in plant, machinery, and equipment maintenance, specifically with CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, CNC, and PLC systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Work Environment

This role is based in a dynamic manufacturing and signage company where maintaining the functionality of advanced machinery is vital to production. You will work closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
