Ameeri Industries – Amgard Division is urgently seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in mechanical design and drafting, looking to contribute immediately within a dynamic industrial environment. The position is exclusively open to local candidates currently residing in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing mechanical designs and detailed fabrication drawings, creating precise sheet metal designs, and preparing comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical reports, and design documentation. Collaboration with manufacturing teams to ensure designs adhere to GD&T standards and production feasibility is also expected.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (both 2D and 3D) and SolidWorks software.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and sheet metal design.
• Experienced in creating and managing BOMs and technical reports.
• Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and manufacturing workflows.
• Ready for immediate joining is preferred.
