Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering to oversee construction projects and ensure their timely and quality completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, excellent coordination abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and monitoring various project sites to guarantee smooth execution of all construction activities. This includes coordinating closely with clients to provide updates on project progress and understanding their requirements. Maintaining accurate project documentation such as reports, drawings, approvals, and records is crucial.

Additionally, the role will involve managing labor teams and subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, conducting site inspections, and reporting progress to management. The engineer will also handle material requirements, site logistics, and ensure all activities comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Attending site meetings and facilitating clear communication among clients, site teams, and management are important tasks. Travel between different project sites as needed is part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid driving license is mandatory for site visits and travel.
• Proven experience in site supervision and robust document control.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise between various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with interpreting engineering drawings, maintaining project documentation, and preparing progress reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently and managing several responsibilities simultaneously.
• Background in construction projects, especially in swimming pool construction, is a plus.
