Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within building projects, including villas and high-rise structures. This role requires hands-on supervision, coordination, and quality assurance on site to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities relating to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works. This includes managing subcontractors, coordinating MEP services with architectural and structural teams, reading and interpreting detailed drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The person will also be tasked with monitoring materials, equipment, and manpower, conducting site inspections, handling commissioning tasks, and maintaining accurate site records and reports.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar MEP supervision role within the construction industry
• Strong hands-on knowledge of building construction, especially in villas and high-rise projects
• Ability to interpret MEP shop drawings, layouts, and single-line diagrams (SLDs)
• Solid skills in coordinating MEP works with structural and architectural disciplines
• Competency in supervising onsite teams and subcontractors
• Good command of both English and Hindi languages
• Proficient use of MS Excel for tracking materials, manpower, and equipment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Current residence and availability in Bahrain
• Experience in GCC countries is strongly preferred
