Job Overview

EMCO WLL (Bahrain) Builders Division is actively seeking a seasoned MEP Project Manager who brings a strong background in Quantity Surveying (QS). This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule while applying cost management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all phases of MEP projects. This includes coordinating with engineering teams, monitoring progress, controlling project costs, and ensuring quality standards are met. The role requires close collaboration with quantity surveyors and other involved departments to maintain accurate budgeting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager with substantial knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of construction processes and MEP systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers effectively.
• Ability to manage project budgets and timelines efficiently.
