Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Supervisor with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE/B.Tech) to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in supervising installation, maintenance, and operation of HVAC systems. This role requires someone who is currently located in Bahrain and available for immediate deployment.

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Supervisor will oversee and coordinate HVAC system activities, ensuring quality work and adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include managing installation projects, supervising maintenance and repair tasks, and leading a team of technicians to meet project deadlines and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• Must hold a BE or B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant HVAC supervisory experience in the Gulf region is essential.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation standards, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control measures in HVAC projects.

Additional Qualifications

Candidates should be locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining. Communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be valued.
