Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Aluminum Designer/Engineer for a local hire position in Bahrain. This role is ideal for an experienced Indian male professional who specializes in designing aluminum kitchens, doors, and windows. You will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and ensuring accurate measurements to support production and installation teams.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Taking precise site measurements for aluminum kitchens, doors, and windows to ensure design accuracy.
• Using LogiKal software to design aluminum doors and windows, with training provided by the company.
• Preparing detailed technical drawings required for production and installation purposes.
• Reviewing and adjusting drawings based on real site conditions when necessary.
• Coordinating closely with production and installation teams to confirm the accuracy and feasibility of designs and measurements.
• Adhering to the company’s technical standards and installation requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an Indian male with relevant experience in aluminum design or engineering. Familiarity with LogiKal software is advantageous, though full training will be provided. Attention to detail and strong communication skills for effective coordination with site and production teams are essential.

Employment Details

• Monthly Salary: BHD 180
• Accommodation provided by the company

• Work Location: Kingdom of Bahrain
• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Friday
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Official Public Holidays observed
• Government hospital medical coverage
• Contract Duration: One year, renewable
• Work visa sponsored by the employer
• Annual leave granted after two years of service
• Economy class air ticket upon completing two years with the company
• Employment terms comply with Bahrain Labour Law

Training and Support

The company will offer comprehensive training on LogiKal software and guidance on their design, production, and installation methods to ensure smooth integration into the role.
