Job Overview

We are currently seeking qualified Electrical and Instrumentation Technicians to join our team for various projects based in Bahrain. The positions offer competitive salaries and benefits, with deployments primarily at ALBA and other associated plants based on project demands.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure smooth operation across plant facilities. This includes routine inspections, repairs, calibration, and collaborating with engineering teams to uphold safety and project standards.

Positions and Compensation

• Electrical Technician – 4 vacancies, with a salary starting from BHD 200, adjustable based on experience.
• Instrumentation Technician – 4 vacancies, offering a salary from BHD 220, also dependent on experience.

Additional Benefits

A monthly food allowance of BHD 20 is provided. Accommodation includes access to a shared kitchen equipped with essential appliances such as a stove and refrigerator. The contract is initially for two years with good prospects for renewal subject to performance and project needs.

Working Conditions

The standard workday consists of 8 hours plus a 1-hour break. Overtime may be required based on project workload and will be compensated as per company policy and Bahrain labour law. Preference will be given to candidates with prior ALBA experience, although equally qualified applicants without this experience are welcome to apply.
