Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer specializing in building construction. This role involves leading construction projects by managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion that meets quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in the GCC region and possess a valid CRPEP license.

Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Engineer will be accountable for planning and directing construction activities, collaborating closely with architects, contractors, and other teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensuring construction work complies with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
• Coordinating and supervising project teams and stakeholders throughout all phases of construction.
• Tracking project progress and implementing timely adjustments to keep projects aligned with goals.
• Establishing and enforcing quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate project documentation and records.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in civil/building construction engineering.
• Proven experience working within the GCC construction environment.
• Possession of a valid CRPEP license.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Thorough understanding of local construction codes and safety regulations.

Candidate Criteria

Applicants must be under 40 years of age and currently located in Bahrain. Immediate availability for joining is preferred to meet urgent project needs.
